Sub-Investigator
Vanesa Abad has four years of experience in clinical research. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and gaining membership in the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University with a perfect GPA. Vanesa has worked as a family nurse practitioner at a federally qualified health center in Utah and as a nephrology nurse practitioner in New Jersey, where she managed complex cases during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Vanesa is also a Certified Principal Investigator through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
