Principal Investigator
Dr. Liboon is a board-certified emergency physician with over two decades clinical practice and almost a decade in clinical research. Dr. Liboon received his Doctor of Medicine from Stanford University School of Medicine before completing his Emergency Medicine residency at LAC + USC Medical Center. After finishing residency, Dr. Liboon practiced clinically in emergency departments in Washington and California. Prior to joining Velocity, Dr. Liboon worked at AstraZeneca as a medical data reviewer and GlaxoSmithKline as a medical monitor focusing on therapeutics for bladder cancer, endometrial cancer and multiple myeloma.
