Board certified in internal medicine and allergy, asthma, and immunology, Derrick R. Ward, MD received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis and an allergy/immunology fellowship at Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics in Kansas City. Dr. Ward is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Greater Kansas City Allergy Society, and a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
